| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的“以人为本”思想引出了对思想政治教育活动客体的更加丰富的科学界定,使思想政治教育客体的内涵更加丰富明晰,使思想政治教育实践更具针对性,构成有利的外部环境。在实践中应采取物质鼓励与精神鼓励相结合,重视教育客体个性、培养思想政治教育工作队伍等措施。

| Abstract: | The conception of people-oriented,based on the view of scientific development,enriches the activities and clarifies the connotation of ideological education.It has the pertinence to the practice of political education and forms a favorable external environment.This paper puts forward some methods of how to combine material encouragement and spiritual encouragement together,how to attach importance to individuality and how to bring up a team of teachers to do ideological work etc.. |
