中日传统家文化对家族企业影响比较分析

在前人研究的基础上,以中日两国的家族企业发展为研究对象,从家文化角度出发,比较研究了不同的传统家文化在家族企业发展过程中对企业发展构成的不同影响,从日本家族企业的发展路径里得到对中国家族企业的启示,提出对中国家族企业发展的展望。期望能对正处于"二次创业"中的中国家族企业有所裨益。

How Does the Family Culture Affect Chinese and Japanese Family Enterprises

This paper chooses the development of the family enterprises of China and Japan as the research object on the basis of national culture about family,gets the enlightenment of the Chinese enterprises firm from the development route of the Japanese family enterprises,and puts forward the future development of Chinese family enterprises.So it enriches the researching on the family enterprise and gives a good reference for the Chinese family enterprises especially in their"second phase of development".
