知识经济条件下德育方式改革的基本思路

知识经济改变着人们的思维方式，改变着人们的价值观念，尤其是80年代以后出生的，能娴熟地操作电脑的“新新人类”的身心发展特点的变化，为德育的方式方法提出了新的要求，要求改变以往的“他律德育”、“灌输德育”以及强调政治功能、社会功能、忽视个体价值的德育模式，以提高德育的实效，使德育充满人性魅力，提高德育成果的转化率。
