| 摘 要： | 湖南会馆是由在襄阳樊城经商的湘籍同乡组织于清初始建一座会馆,清末由湘籍诸多高官捐资重建成一较大型会馆,建国后馆舍陆续被拆毁,笔者通过调查基本弄清了其概貌。遗留于旧址和襄阳米公祠的2通石碑文字,反映了湖南商帮在樊的经商概况和义地制度,会馆的兴建与清末湘军水师有极大的关系,具有一定的史料价值。

| Abstract: | The Hunan Guild Hall was first built in the early period of Qing dynasty by the association of fellow Hu- nan folks who do business in Xiangyang, and then it was rebuilt in the evening of Qing dynasty by many high - ranking officials whose hometown was in Hunan. After the People＇ s Republic of China was founded, the houses of Hunan Guild Hall is torn down successively. We studied it and figured out the initial look of it. The content of two ancient steles（ one in Migong Ci and another one in the ruins of Hunan Guild hall） reflects the situation of Hunan business man in Fancheng, the management of Hunan Guild Hall, the subtle relationship between the construction （ of Hunan Guild Hall） and Hunan navy （ of Qing dynasty）, and the worship tradition of Hunan business man. It is valuable in history field. |
