| 摘 要： | 本文由企业信息技术商业价值的争论入手，以资源观理论为依据进行再思考，提出基于资源观理论的企业信息技术商业价值的整合模型、并在模型的基础上对三个领域的研究进展进行述评，最后展望该研究的现实意义和未来动向。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the debate of enterprise IT business value first,adopts the resource-based view theory to rethink the problem,then put forward an integrative model of IT Business value by the resource-based view theory.Based on the model,a commentary on the research of the three mainframes was made.In the end of this paper,we express the meaning of the research and anticipate the future research aspect. |
