| Abstract: | According to the balance theory, we should take the following consideration into regional forestry development research: 1. deal with the balance among the three systems-material production, population production and environment production 2. to balance between the protection and rational utilization of forest resources 3. build balanced relations between forestry industroal system and ecological system 4. attach importance to the balance among forestry development and social, cultural development. |
