固尔苏治疗早产儿肺透明膜病30例临床分析

探讨固尔苏治疗早产儿肺透明膜病的疗效。把自2005年2月至2008年12月在莆田学院附属医院儿科住院的早产儿肺透明膜病的68例患儿随机分为两组,固尔苏治疗组30例,对照组38例,通过疗效对比,结果显示:治疗组应用固尔苏1—3h后内呼吸困难症状明显改善,应用呼吸机及给氧时间明显缩短,住院天数明显缩短,日后随访发现后遗症发生率明显下降。两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,固尔苏治疗早产儿肺透明膜病疗效显著,大大提高了早产儿肺透明膜病救治的成功率。

Clinical Analysis of Curosurf on the Hycline Membrance Disease of 30 Prematures
