| Abstract: | By analyzing the causes of different views on " Xiang Xing" Punishment in the ancient China and their manifestations, and according to some relevant historical data, logic, the theory of law and the analysis of some historical douhtful cases, this article proves that " Xiang Xing" Punishment is the first statute lawbook of punishments Combining with corporal and incorporeal punishments in ancient China. |
