In the 21st century, Chinese school physical training enters a completely new era . As the standard of a new course has been put into effect , we,the teachers abandon must change our old idea of education and abandon the traditional methods of teaching and learning . We must establish a new theary and lay stress on the health of the students and develop the individuality of the students . We must have the idea of the teaching and learning which regard the people as the first factor. We must improve the school physical training so that the students' bodies and minds can be developed harmoniously.
