亚里士多德论分配公正

公正亦即正义，为伦理学的一个重要范畴。亚里士多德把公正理解为人的伦理德性，人的行为善良、合乎“中道”(中庸)原理就是公正德性的体现。在他看来，公正既是总体德性，又是部分(个别)德性，而分配公正就是作为部分德性的公正之一种。分配公正的基本内涵和原则是各取所值或比例平等，根据是人的价值和才德。分配公正是城邦稳定和谐、幸福的基础。

On Aristotle''''s Theory of Distribution Justice

Justice is one of the important category in ethics. Aristotle thinks it as one of the moral virtues,and the good behaviour in accordance with the doctrine of the mean is the reflection of then justice. Justice as a moral virtue is not only perfect virtues, but also a part of virtue. Then distribution justice is a part of virtue, the doctrine of it is equality of ratios,the grounds of it are value and virtues. Distribution justice is the basis of the harmony and flourishing of the state.
