| 摘 要： | 电大财会类专业的学生动手能力较差,毕业后在从事实际工作中经验欠缺是一个普遍现象,如何提高学生动手能力一直是我们关注的问题,根据笔多年的教学经验,针对教学过程中存在的问题,提出了提高学生的实践能力,实现“教”“学”相长的一些思路和办法。

| Abstract: | The students majoring in Finance and Accounting in RTV university have poor capacity of operating and show a common phenomenon that they lack actual experience after graduation in their work. How to improve the learners' capacity of operating is a problem concerned. The author aims at the problems appearing in the teaching according to her many years teaching experience, and proposes some ideas and ways to improve the learners' practice capacity and to promote "teaching" and "learning". |
