| 摘 要： | 当前,在我国局部地区、部分行业出现了“民工荒”现象,工厂企业“招工难”;而农村大量富余劳动力却找不到出路,出现“就业难”。“两难”并存现象是在我国劳动力供大于求的情况下出现的,是农民致富奔小康的主要障碍。正确认识和解决农民工“两难”并存问题,是落实中国共产党十六届五中全会精神,实施建设社会主义新农村伟大工程必须高度重视的崭新课题。

| Abstract: | At present,in our country there is a shortage of farmer-worker in some professions.Some enterprises can't find workers and a lot of unnecessary labors can't find work.This appearance is a main obstacle of farmers` comparatively well-off life.We should directly settle this problem.This article mainly analyses this appearance and offers some suggestions. |
