| 摘 要： | 本文依据非参数统计方法,给出了定时截尾寿命试验时,产品下一个失效时间的实用区间估计。对单参数指数分布,分别使用了两种方法进行讨论,并对两种方法的预测结果进行比较。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the formulation, based on non-parameter statistics, gives practical interval estimation of the output of type-I censoring life test in its next expiry time while testing. To one-parameter exponential distribution, this paper makes discussions in two ways, and compares the predictions of these two. |
