| Abstract: | several matters about teachers' training for new course need considering and exploring under the new situation:How to fully exert the function of teachers' training base and how to solve the new problems occurred during the training and continuously explore and try new patterns and methods.This article introduces the successful experience about the teachers' training in the primary phase and puts forward the macro planning aiming at the large-scale training of the future. |
