| 摘 要： | 全球化在给世界带来影响的同时也给西方福利国家造成了很大的冲击。福利国家的普及性原则由于其自身无法克服的原因在各种福利欺骗行为面前显得无能为力,再加上全球化的冲击,福利国家出现了新的不公平现象。在整个福利国家改革的大背景下,如何解决这种不公平也是福利国家改革的一大难题。作为福利国家改革的中坚理论,第三条道路似乎找到了答案。

| Abstract: | While bringing influence to world,Globalization has caused very great impact to western welfare state.Popularization principle of welfare state appears helpless in front of various kinds of welfare deceit,because of the reason it can't overcomes itself.With the impact of globalization,the new unfairness phenomenon has appeared in the welfare state.Under the background of reform,it is a difficult problem for welfare state to solve this new unfairness.As a theory of welfare state's reform,the third way find the answer. |
