论商标的功能及企业商标安全机制的构建

商标功能的实现对企业的全面发展而言是至关重要的。我国大多数企业由于商标意识薄弱导致发展过程中受到诸多制约,本文拟从商标功能的分析入手,并具体考察企业在忽略商标功能上的表现,进而论证企业如何建立商标安全机制以实现商标的价值并带动企业的全面发展。

Construction of Trademark Security Mechnisms for Enterprises

Trademark recognition is very critical for a contineous development of commercial and industial entities.The development of many private enterprises are severely restricted or interrupted due to the lackness of trademark recognition.In this communication,we started from an analysis of the trademark functions,followed by a detailed investigation on the populated behaviors of the trademark ignorance in enterprises,and finished with suggestions on how to establish the trademark security mechnisms to utilize the value of trademarkes and protect these entities for continueous development.
