| 摘 要： | 出土秦汉简牍及相关文献记载说明,秦代已建立了一套完整的禀衣制度,但秦代百姓的日常穿衣是自备的,而各级封建官吏则实行赐衣制度,那么秦代禀衣的范围是集中在丧失人身自由或人身自由受限制的最下层民众之中。

| Abstract: | The unearthed bamboo and wooden slips of Qin and Han Dynasties and other correlative records show that an integrated system of the clothes issued by local authorities was established in Qin Dynasty, yet the common people then wore the clothes provided by themselves. As the feudal government officials at all levels exercised clothes granted system, the range of clothes issued by local authorities centered on the common people of the lowest class who had lost personal freedom or whose personal freedom had been restricted. |
