车盖亭诗案的历史还原

车盖亭诗案的发生并不在于蔡确诗中的＂诽谤＂言论,而在于邢恕肯定蔡确的＂定策＂之功及对高太后在立储一事上＂别持异议＂的暗中指控。高太后与旧党势力虽然在严厉打击新党方面高度一致,却又出于不同的动机和目的。作为士人群体,旧党对如何处理蔡确分岐严重,并在诗案发生后呈现出种种复杂心态,这种心态既表现出士大夫群体内部的文化冲突,更折射出专制政治对士大夫的精神戕害。

The Historical Reduction of Che Gai Ting Poetry Case

The occurrence of Che Gai Ting poetry case is not because of the defamation in Cai que＇s poem, but be- cause of Xing shu＇s affirmation of Cai que＇s merit of determining crown prince and the charge with Queen Gao＇s dif- ferent view on selecting the crown prince. Though Queen Gao and the old party had the same position on beating the new party,they had defferent purpose and motivation. As a whole of the intellectual group,the old party had defterent viewpoint on how to punish Cai Que and showed complex state of mind at the same time,which reflected the intenal cultural conflict of the intellectual group and spiritual damage that the autocracy exerted to the literati and officialdom.
