| 摘 要： | 优化了一种大细胞肺癌免疫组化的检测方法,从抗原修复、过氧化物酶祛除剂、封闭液、一抗、二抗、染色剂几个方面进行了优化。结果表明,优化方法较传统方法具有更高的敏感性和特异性,操作简单,无需特殊仪器设备和较高的专业技能,耗时短,费用低,具有简单易行的特点。

| Abstract: | A new immunohistochemical method to diagnosis the human large cell lung cancer was optimized from several aspects including antigen retrieval, hydrogen peroxide / methanol, lung cancer＇s monoclonal antibody, HRP-antimonoclonal antibody and stains. Compared with the traditional method, the result showed this new method was more sensitive, specificial and simple. It did not need special equipments and professonal skills. The new method cost less time and less money. And it was an easy method to diagnose the human large cell lung cancer. |
