摘    要:顶岗实习作为锻炼高职在校生职业岗位技能和预演就业技巧的重要实践环节纳入了教学计划,顶岗实习也是考验学生对职业岗位技能掌握程度的一块试金石。在顶岗实习教学实践活动过程中,指导教师起着主动积极引导的作用,有责任帮助学生加强对顶岗实习意义的认识,加强对职业岗位技能学习的指导。学生应认清顶岗实习过程对自己今后就业和发展的积极推动作用,要学会适应企业生产需要,积极投身到顶岗实习的生产活动中去,在工作过程中掌握和体会职业岗位技能,提高就业意识与就业技巧,实现广泛就业和满意就业。
