摘    要:对北京市5255名中小学教师调查发现,教师对专业发展活动的满意度不高。影响专业发展活动的因素主要是教师工作负担重,内容不符合实际需要,其次是时间安排不合理,没有后续指导和主讲教师水平有限。对硕士层次进修有较强需求,对继教学分培训的需求很低。

Abstract:Based on a survey of 5,255 Beijing primary and middle school teachers,current study found that these teachers have low satisfaction on activities which relate to their professional development.Data analysis also indicates that the main factors that limit professional development activities are heavy workload,deviation of teaching content from practical needs,unreasonable time arrangement,lack of follow-up guidance,and the limited competence of main teacher.The sample teachers show strong needs of getting further education on Master degree,and low needs on trainings that aim at continuous teaching credit.
