摘    要:随着信息技术的普及和发展,一种新型的教师评价方式——电子档案袋评价应运而生。它是一种依托计算机技术和网络平台,在一种开放、客观的环境下,教师展现个人成就,实现对自己的纵向考量和与同伴的横向比较,在不断学习和反思的过程中促进自身持续发展的全新评价方式。本文从创建开放的环境入手, 探讨电子档案袋评价模式的创建、特点,及其对教师专业发展的意义。

Abstract:With the development and popularization of the information technology, a new means for teacher assessment--Electronic Portfolio Assessment comes into being. By means of it, which is based on computer and internet , teachers can observe their achievements, make comparisons with themselves chronologically and with others crosswise, and keep learning and reflecting in an open environment to achieve professional development. Based on constructing an open environment, this article explores to create a model of electronic portfolio assessment and analyzes its characteristics and significance to teachers' professional development.
