叠氮钠内服LD50测定及蓄积毒性的研究

通过对小白鼠内服叠氮钠进行急性毒性试验和蓄积毒性试验测出了叠氮钠的半数致死量(LD50)35.81mg/Kg,为剧毒物质和在动物机体内的蓄积系数K值为3.25,属于中等程度蓄积,并通过对蓄积毒性试验死亡的小白鼠进行解剖,肉眼可见肝脏有点状坏死灶,提示叠氮钠对肝脏有明显的损伤作用,而其它组织如:肾脏、脾脏、肺脏、胃肉眼观察则无明显的病理变化.

The Research of the Taking Poison Nature in Azide Sodium
