叠氮钠内服LD50测定及蓄积毒性的研究

摘    要:通过对小白鼠内服叠氮钠进行急性毒性试验和蓄积毒性试验测出了叠氮钠的半数致死量(LD50)35.81mg/Kg,为剧毒物质和在动物机体内的蓄积系数K值为3.25,属于中等程度蓄积,并通过对蓄积毒性试验死亡的小白鼠进行解剖,肉眼可见肝脏有点状坏死灶,提示叠氮钠对肝脏有明显的损伤作用,而其它组织如:肾脏、脾脏、肺脏、胃肉眼观察则无明显的病理变化.

Abstract:It is tested out that the half death quantity(LD 50 ) is 35.81 mg/Kg by taking orally Azide Sodium for the little rats with acute poisonous testing and accumulating toxic testing.The K value of the accumulating Toxic testing. The K value of accumulative coefficient of the deadly poisonous Material and in the organ body of animals is 3.25.It belongs to the medium accumulation. We can dissect the little white rats through the death of Accumulative toxic testing,and we can see the bad sector of dotted shapes With our naked eyes. It suggests that Azide Sodium mainly affects the liver in the body, while there are not apparent pathology symptoms in the others Elements, such as liver, spleen,lung,and stomach,with our naked eyes testing.
