| 摘 要： | 通过对现有螺纹加工方法原理及特点的比较,总结螺纹加工过程中丝锥的运动和受力的特点,应用机构创新设计的原理和方法以及动力学理论,创新设计思想提出了螺纹的冲击加工思想,并分析其工作原理,应用创新技法构建了螺纹冲击加工机构的原理图和结构设计,为螺纹冲击加工的理论研究和实验研究创造了条件。
