摘    要:社会的发展需要创新,创新教育的解释却众说纷纭。把握时代发展的脉络,不难分析出创新教育的实质是创新精神的培养,其核心指向人的主体精神。而要实现这一目的,关键在于解决基础教育领域中的评价问题。这就需要在对评价观念、理论基础、评价制度、评价方式方法等方面透彻分析的基础上进行全方位变革。

Abstract:Social development needs innovation but the innovative education is interpreted in various ways. It is not hard to realize that the essential of innovative education is to develop the spirit of innovation according to the development of the times, whose core refers to the spirit of subject. In order to attain this goal, the key is to solve the problem of evaluation in basic education. Therefore, the all-round reform should be carried out on the basis of thorough analysis of evaluative idea, theoretical base, evaluative system and methods.
