现代汉语同音同形词与词典条目的安排

Modern Chinese Homonyms and the Arrangement of Enries in a Dictionary

In A Dictionary of Modern Chinese, some mordern Chinese homonyms originated from polysemants are divided into different entries while others are united into one entry,without unified arrangement for them. Homonyms recognized by academic circles must be and can be divided into different entries in the dictionary. Putting all the homonyms in order is a very difficult job. The crux is how to distinguish polysemants from homonyms. The semantic property analyzing method can help to compare and distinguish them from a rational angle. It is very important to promote the standardization of the dictionary if we can solve the problem of arranging the entries in the dictionary.
