| Abstract: | Knowledge-driven epoch has brought challenge to traditional management, in the meanwhile it has established foundation for management reform and innovation. We should carry out management reform and innovation in terms of concepts, focus, system, organization, and managing and developing strategy, etc. In a word, management reform and innovation is the certain rote for knowledge-driven economy. |
