| 摘 要： | 近年来，石宋庄市文化产业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势．面临重要的历史发展机遇，发展文化产业是石京庄市产业结构中具有“比较优势”的产业。但石家庄市文化产业发展中仍存在一些亟待解决的问题，应充分发挥“后发优势”，实现概念、政策、资本的结合，抓紧培养既懂文化又懂市场的“两栖”人才，制定科学的具有石家庄特色的文化产业发展战略。
