摘    要:介绍教师专业能力的构成和现状,探讨我国中小学教师专业能力缺失的原因,认为要提高教师的专业能力,国家必须尽快出台全面的教师专业能力标准,并对现行教师培养体系进行重大改革。

Abstract:After a brief analysis of the structure and present situations of teachers' professionalism and a study of the causes of the professional weakness of primary and middle school teachers,the author of this paper holds that to improve teachers' professionalism,the government should set up standards of teachers training and reform the current training system.
