| 摘 要： | 我国现行体育人口判定标准，实质上是一个“适度的运动”量化和操作化的概念，是对发达国家使用的三元定性判定标准的“借用”，是一种刚性较强弹性较弱的指标体系。这就决定了该判定标准在使用过程中必然存在着“一刀切”的问题。
