美国基础教育课程改革的历史回顾与启示

摘    要:20世纪80年代以来,美国基础教育课程进行了重大的改革,并在改革的整个过程中始终以公平和效益为其基本的价值和目标取向。分析20世纪80年代以来美国基础教育课程改革的目标和理论基础,回顾美国各个历史时期基础教育课程改革的政策与措施的演进过程,将有助于把握美国基础教育改革的基本特点与走向,而且对我国目前的基础教育课程改革也会有所裨益。

Abstract:Since the 1980s,the US elementary education curriculum has carried on a significant reform,throughout which fairness and effect have been taken as its basic value orientation and goal.The analysis of the goal of the US elementary education curriculum reform of the 1980s and its theoretical basis,and the retrospect of policies and measures taken in the processes of elementary education curriculum reforms of different US historical periods,will be helpful for us to grasp the essential features and trend of the US elementary education reforms,and may also bring benefit to the present elementary education curriculum reform of our country.
