| Abstract: | It's an important thing of ideology and politics to establish the mechanism and status of personality education in quality education in higher education today. In view of the situation and condition home and abroad, it has become the essential mission and realistic condition of quality education. This article discusses the aspects of education theory, times demands, the consciousness of ideologists and teachers, and qualification training and so on, to point out that the personality education should be the soul of the quality education. |
