| 摘 要： | 大学生导师制是我国高等教育管理中的一个新生事物，对于我国高等教育具有重要的意义。通过对配备导师的时机、师生比、导师职责范围和相关保障机制等大学生导师制的几个基本问题进行剖析，希望能有助于大学生导师制的完善和深入推行。
