摘    要:"以顾客为关注焦点"是ISO9000质量管理标准中的核心管理原则。在远程教育中,坚持以"以顾客为关注焦点"是提高教育质量和办好"人民满意远程教育"的重要保证。在电大的远程教育质量管理中坚持"以顾客为关注焦点"就是要正确识别和满足顾客需求,让顾客得到满意的教育服务质量。
