| Abstract: | This article demonstrates the necessity of higher voctional education, scoming into being and the reason of its existence from the aspect that increasing available are getting with the devepoping social economy. The paper also analyzes such problem as the intention and extension of higher vocational the nature and task of higher vocational education and its developing direction, etc. |
