On the Qualification of Higher Education Establishment's Administrative Entity

in some cases of students' accusing of the school, whether the school is the defendant or not depends on the fact if the school has the qualification of administrative entity. This article analyzes some of the characteristics of administrative entity possessed by school in its management from the definition and nature of administration entity, therefore, claims the school has the qualification of administrative entity. By clarifying the school's administrative entity position, this article urges school to have a full realization of its legal position, to manage the school in line with laws, and to maintain the students' legal rights and interests.
