| 摘 要： | 针对医学图像的应用实际,根据图像小波域系数的特点与人眼视觉特性,提出以多个任意感兴趣区域编码框架为基础,对感兴趣区域采用无损JPEG2000,并结合人眼视觉特性规定了系数扫描顺序,对非感兴趣区域采用小波变换与多级树结合分裂算法(SPIHT)。实验结果表明,该编码框架有如下优点:(1)可根据需求选择不同大小的感兴趣区域,同时在比特率比较低的前提下,仍可获得较为满意的重构图像质量;(2)实现方法简单有效,适应性强,可针对不同类型的图像进行处理;(3)具有很高的主观视觉效果。为医学图像远程传输和存储提供更为有效的方案。
