考试的诚信与公平

考试伦理问题可从两个层面探讨：一是考试制度本身的价值和伦理问题；二是考试参与者的道德教育和道德修养问题。从这两个层面来看,考试伦理的基本价值要求是公平和诚信。公平,主要是针对制度化过程的价值要求而言的；诚信,主要是针对考试参与者的人格化过程而言的。公平和诚信是为了促进人的全面、自由发展。

Credibility of Testing and Equity

Testing ethics can be probed into from two levels:one is the value and ethics of the testing system itself,the other is the moral education and moral nurturing of the testing participants. Based on these two levels,the basic value of testing ethics is equity and credibility,Equity is mainly required by the process of institutionalization and credibility is mainly decided by the personification of the test participants.Both credibility and equity can promote the free and all-round development of people.
