信息社会对师生关系的影响及教师角色的正确定位

信息社会的飞速发展影响到师生关系,使教师的地位和作用发生了巨大的变化。为了在教学中赢得主动,教师应该学会正确定位:学生学习方式的变化要求教师成为学生学习的指导者,学生思维方式的变化要求教师发展自己的创造性教学能力,学生生活方式的变化要求教师引导学生积极参与人际交往,学生价值取向多元化的趋势要求建立民主、平等、合作的新型师生关系。尽管如此,教师的地位仍是不可替代的。

Relationship between Teacher and Student Together with the Relocation of Teacher' s Role in Information Society

The rapid development of the information society affects the relationship between teachers and students deeply, which made teachers' post and function change a lot. To win positive role in the teaching process, teachers should relocate their position. The change of students' learning method, thinking manner and life style requires teachers to be instructors, to develop their creative teaching ability and to help students take part in social intercourse actively. Democratic, equal and cooperative relationship between teachers and students should be set up with the multiple value orientation of the students. The teachers' post will never be replaced even it changed in the information society.
