| 摘 要： | 条件价值法是研究环境非使用价值评估的主要方法.本文介绍了条件价值法的发展历程、技术方法以及国内外的理论研究和应用案例,并尝试对国内外的研究现状作比较.建议政府在决策环境治理项目前,运用该方法对改善后的环境进行价值评估,以实现资源的有效配置.

| Abstract: | The.contingent valuation method is the major one to study the environmental assessment of non-use value.This paper introduces the history,technical methods,theoretical research and application cases at home and abroad.And then compares the current research situation at home and abroad.Finally,this paper puts forwards that the government should use this method to evaluate the environment before implementing environmental governance project so as to realize the effective allocation of resources and economy. |
