Introduction of UKRR and Enlightenment to China

In order to answer the question that how to suitably deploy the traditional resources of digital libraries,this paper studies the background,objectives,implementation plan,management mechanism and current stage of the performance of UKRR which is set up by UK.With the introduction and analysis of the typical case,this paper summarizes the experience and shortage to provide libraries in our country with consultation about resources construction.
