| 摘 要： | 国际政治中是否具有社会性?本文的回答是肯定的。因为主权国家之间缔结成某种社会契约;形成了某种较为稳定的国际秩序;具有天生而且日益增长的相互依赖性;具有某种体现共同价值观念的国际政治文化;国际政治不是无国际治理的领域。

| Abstract: | Does international politics have social property? The answer is affirmative.The reasons are manifold.First,sovereign countries may become allies or sign contracts in one way or another,which may lead to somewhat stable international social orders;Second,there exist inherent and increasing interdependence among these countries,and international political culture that manifests common values.Finally,international politics is not an area without international administration. |
