| 摘 要： | 浙江金融职业学院会计专业在“订单式人才培养模式”实践中整合了校友和行业的积极力量，结合专业特色实施“岗证单一体化”模式，取得了显著的成效。通过分析“订单式人才培养”的积极意义和实践经验，对“完善订单式人才培养和提高优质就业”的具体实施策略进行了更深入的思考。

| Abstract: | Through integrating the positive force of the financial sector and schoolmates,the accounting major of Zhejiang Financial College practices the order-mode personal training,and the integration of post,certificate and order-modewith the professional feature,and has achieved remarkable results.This paper analazed the positive significance of theorder-mode personal training,summed up the practical experiences,and made a more in-depth thinking on how to make the model perfect and improve the employment quality. |
