| 摘 要： | 本通过案例分析的方法，对金融服务市场的开放、金融危机和WTO的作用进行分析，得出一个结论，发展是良好的、开放的金融体系有助于金融稳定，而WTO《金融服务协议》的签定正预示着一个建设性的、开放的全球多边金融服务贸易体系的未来。

| Abstract: | By studying the openness of financial service market, financial crises and the role of WTO through the method of case analysis, the author of this article finds that an open, well-developed financial system will be beneficial to the financial stability. The signing of Financial Service Agreement indicates good prospects of an open, constructive, and multilateral financial service trade system in the world. |
