| 摘 要： | 以俄罗斯国防科技体制转型背景为研究对象，从俄罗斯经济制度转型、军事战略调整、国防科技工业处境艰难和苏联国防科技体制传统等四方面对这一问题进行了深入探讨，从而得出结论，认为俄罗斯在国防科技体制转型道路的选择上走出一条有别于他国的转型模式是必然的。

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the background of the transformation of Russia's national defense technology system.It is approached from four aspects,namely,the transformation of Russia's economic system,the adjustment of military strategy,the difficult situation of national defense technology and the tradition of Soviet Union's national defense system.It concludes that Russia must create a different pattern in the transformation of national defense technology system. |
