关于高校新校区管理模式的探讨与思考

多校区办学是我国高等教育改革发展过程中出现的必然现象。如何有效地管理多校区，是众多新校区管理者面临的一个课题。在纵观国外高校校区管理模式和调查国内高校新校区管理模式的基础上进行了概括分析，从而给正在新建校区或将要建新校区的管理者一定的提示。

Reflections on the Management Mode of New Campuses of Higher Learning Institutions

With the reform of China's higher education,multi-campuses university appears inevitably as a trend of university situation.The management of the multi-campus college is a subject to be studied.Reviewing campuse management modes in foreign countries and investigating management of new campuses in China,this paper conducts a general analysis on new campus management,thereby offers reference to administrant of in-and-to-be-construction campuses.
