| 摘 要： | 本文基于清末及民国的相关资料,对北方书曲艺人的拜师行为进行了考察,认为其实质是拜师者通过“拜师”这种仪式化的行为,向本行业缴纳“投名状”,以获得同行的接纳。“拜师”行为实质上完成的是从业资格的授受。出于现实的需要,艺人们既扮演着行规的维护者与执行者,同时又不断地变通与打破着规矩。而变通与打破规矩的行为,又成为后来者可以踵武的成例与规矩。
