| 摘 要： | 先制备了纤维二糖手性固定相和棉子糖手性固定相两种手性固定相,然后制备了混合型手性固定相,以正己烷∶异丙醇=90∶10为流动相,拆分2种手性药物,没有拆分开.结果表明,混合型寡糖手性固定相拆分效果不好.
