| 摘 要： | 分析了我国社区图书馆建设出现的新问题，并提出相应的解决方法，包括加快公共图书馆立法，尽快出台“中国社区乡镇图书馆建设标准”；树立科学发展观，走多途径、多元化的办馆之路；提倡建设特色社区图书馆。
