| Abstract: | Knowledge poverty is the greatest obstacle to economic development in western poor areas.Library assistance is of significance for clearing up knowledge gap between middle and western parts,advancing the development of the western part and reflecting the humanistic care for vulnerable groups.Libraries should adopt a variety of methods to provide knowledge assistance to western areas. |
